Once again, the New York State Legislature is considering misguided bad faith legislation – A7285-A /S6813-A – that could drastically increase litigation and lead to higher costs for consumers.  

On top of that, lawmakers are also considering legislation – A6770/S74-A – that would massively expand damages associated with wrongful death actions, which could have tremendous negative implications for New York consumers, businesses, and the economy. 

Tell your legislators to oppose A7285-A/S6813-A  and A6770/S674-A and help keep insurance and court costs down in New York.
