Private investors and trial lawyers are exploiting vulnerable Missourians through the secretive and manipulative practice of lawsuit lending. APCIA and Missourians for Fair Legal Funding are advocating for changes to the practice of third party litigation financing and encouraging lawmakers to pass legislation (HB 628/SB 342) that increases lawsuit lending transparency and protects consumers and businesses.
