Tell Governor Hochul to Eliminate New York’s Outdated Photo Inspection Requirement

Lawmakers in Albany recently passed legislation (S.5889/A.3172-A) that would eliminate New York’s outdated photo inspection law that increases costs for insurers and leads to higher premiums for consumers. Now decades old, this law is no longer necessary as technological advances and new fraud detection tools have rendered photo inspections virtually useless. The legislation is now on its way to the Governor.

Tell Governor Hochul to sign S.5889/A.3172-A and help protect New York consumers. Please review and send your message today.
