Tell Lawmakers to Uphold Governor McKee’s Veto of Special Interest Legislation

Governor Daniel McKee recently vetoed special interest legislation (H-6324/S-870) that could have increased auto repair and insurance costs for Rhode Island consumers.

Despite that victory, some lawmakers in the state house are now considering overriding the Governor’s veto in order to push through what would be a major win for the auto body industry and a huge loss for drivers and consumers across the state.
