Don’t let overregulation turn Illinois into California!
Lawmakers in Springfield are considering dangerously misguided legislation (SB 268) that could destabilize the Illinois insurance marketplace and increase costs for most Illinois residents. This bill would import California-style overregulation that has driven insurers out of that state and left consumers with fewer choices and higher premiums. We can’t let the same thing happen in Illinois!
