Don’t let overregulation turn Illinois into California!
Lawmakers in Springfield are considering dangerously misguided legislation (HB 3799) that could destabilize the Illinois insurance marketplace and increase costs into Illinois. This bill would import California-style overregulation that has driven insurers out of that state and left consumers with fewer choices and higher premiums. We can’t risk the same thing happening in Illinois!
