Ask Your Virginia Senator to Oppose SB 99

Senator Stanley has filed SB 99, which would eliminate Virginia’s medical malpractice cap for cases involving patients under 10 years of age. Removing or weakening the cap— even for a subset of cases—would introduce significant volatility into the malpractice system, including encouraging unnecessary litigation, increasing defensive medicine and worsening Virginia’s physician shortage. Ask your Senator to oppose SB 99 today!
