Ask Congress to Pass Critical TPLF Reform

Congress is considering multiple bills to address the highly secretive practice of third party litigation funding (TPLF), including the Litigation Transparency Act (H.R. 1109), the Protecting Our Courts from Foreign Manipulation Act (H.R. 2675), and the Litigation Funding Transparency Act (S. 3826).

For too long, undisclosed TPLF practices and agreements have driven up costs for consumers and businesses, while turning our courts into a money-making machine for foreign and domestic third party funders who are only in it to maximize the return on their “investment.”

It’s time for Congress to pass H.R. 1109, H.R. 2675, and S. 3826 and bring some much-needed transparency to this shady, harmful practice. Please review and send your message today.
